We want you to be completely happy with your La Monetti outfit/purchase because we always want our customers to feel good about their purchase from us. You can return any item you don’t want to keep, we just ask:
- Items are returned to La Monetti within 14 days of delivery.
- We ask that the items be undamaged and unwashed.
- Items must still have all tags attached.
- Pierced jewelry or a swimsuit with a hygiene seal must still be attached.
- Shoes must be tried on indoors and must not show signs of use.
- We do not accept returned products that have been marked with makeup, artificial tan or creams and please be careful when trying them on.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you return a product to us outside the terms of our return policy. It is also important to be aware that the return cost must be paid by the customer.
